Terms and Conditions for retail customers only
Pricing
- All prices are in Pounds Sterling and are quoted inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%
Ordering
- There is no minimum order value.
Payment
- All payments are processed via PayPal, which accepts most major credit and debit cards. Your financial information is not shared with us and you do not require a PayPal account to shop with us.

Delivery – UK Mainland
- Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. We will contact you if there is a delay.
- All damages or shortages of goods must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
Delivery – Outside UK Mainland
- Please contact us for a shipping price before placing an order from outside UK mainland.
- Please be aware these may be subject to additional local taxes and duties.
- Gellie Design is not responsible for these charges.
- All damages or shortages of goods must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
- The goods are at your risk from time of delivery.
Returns
- If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can exchange your items for alternative products or receive a refund minus the cost of postage and packaging, providing we receive them back within 10 days of delivery.
- Goods must be received back to Gellie Design in the original condition in which they were received.
- Goods are returned at your cost and we recommend that all returns are sent via recorded delivery as we will not be held responsible for items that do not reach us.

Cancellations
- If you need to cancel an order then please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched at time of cancellation there will be no cost accrued. If your order has already been dispatched then you will have to pay the delivery cost incurred to us and the cost of returning the goods to us, which must be in their original condition.
General
- Due to the nature of producing hand finished goods, please bear in mind that products may vary slightly from our website.
- All greeting cards are supplied with envelopes, cello wrapped and are blank inside.

Terms and Conditions for wholesale customers only
Ordering
- Minimum order value is £50.00.
- Carriage is free on orders over £75.00 and is charged at £7.50 on orders below this value for mainland UK delivery only. For delivery charges to all other areas please contact us directly before placing an order.
- All prices are subject to VAT.
Payment
- Payment terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice (pro forma invoice required on first order and overseas orders).
- We accept payment by cheque or BAC’s. Payment details are listed on our invoice.
- All goods remain the property of Gellie Design until full payment is received.
Delivery
- We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 5-10 working days.
- All damages or shortages of goods must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
- The goods are at your risk from time of delivery.
Returns
- Returns will not be accepted without prior agreement between the buyer and Gellie Design and in which case the goods must be received back to Gellie Design in the original condition in which they were received. Goods are returned at your cost.
